Our Story
Prevalent Technology was founded in 2015 in Muskegon, Michigan as a local computer repair shop, serving the community with in-person technical support, computer repairs, and IT consulting from our storefront.
In 2020, we closed our storefront and transitioned to a fully remote and on-site service model. That shift allowed us to grow into a nationwide remote support and consulting business — while continuing to offer on-site service throughout Muskegon and the surrounding West Michigan area.
Today, we specialize in managed IT services, on-site support, scheduled remote assistance, website design & hosting, and business technology consulting. Our focus remains unchanged: providing reliable, professional technology solutions for individuals and businesses.
