For remote support sessions, you must ensure that:

- You are available during the scheduled appointment time
3.3 Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
